Blayck Butterflyy Consulting, LLC was birthed from the need to uplift and center experiences of BIPOC people, leverage their expertise through experiential knowledge, and challenge the ways in which nonprofit and movement work perpetuates heteronormative, white supremacy culture. We seek to utilize restoration-based practices to transform this culture by supporting individuals and organizations in developing programs and supports for BIPOC community members, activists, and advocates through a racial equity and intersectional framework.
